Association for Community Enhancement provides Spanish language breast health and referral as well as a physical fitness/nutrition education program. T: 276-0999  

BCCPT  If you are diagnosed with breast cancer, free treatment is available to all Californians who qualify through the Breast & Cervical Cancer Treatment Program. Information about this program is available on Medi-Cal’s website or call 1-800-824-0088 to speak with an eligibility specialist.

California Health Collaborative/CCAN Program changes lives by improving Health and wellness. Guided by this mission, the Collaborative is committed to empowering Californians to achieve optimal health and thereby improving their quality of life. The grant provided by the Central Valley Affiliate will help uninsured women with supportive services while undergoing treatment. T: 244-4554

Centro La Familia Advocacy Services, Inc. provides Spanish language breast health education, advocacy, health literacy and guidance for breast cancer screening to urban and rural communities.  T: 237-2961

Community Outpatient Rehab Ctr-Lymphedema Clinic offers services and treatment for under-served patients afflicted with lymph edema patient education following breast cancer surgery and/or radiation therapy. T: 459-1603

Deaf and Hard of Hearing Service Center brings the deaf and hard of hearing up to date about breast cancer awareness, current treatments and how to support, advocate and assist others who are current breast cancer survivors. T: 225-3323

Fourwinds Lodge Recovery Treatment, Inc. provides breast health education, physical fitness/nutrition and guidance for breast cancer screening to Native American women. T: 237-2961 ext 28

Fresno Health Consumer Center/Project of Central CA Legal Svcs will conduct breast health education outreach to all under-served residents, referral, intervention and guidance for breast cancer screening. Will focus on the needs of the underrepresented, marginalized and hard to reach populations. T: 570-1266

Hinds Hospice helps offset the cost of uninsured or under-insured terminally ill breast cancer patients. Hinds Hospice operates a full-service in-home hospice and serves patients in their homes or in appropriately licensed facilities. T: 226-5683

Islamic Cultural Center of Fresno will provide culturally appropriate breast health education and referral to Arabic, Farsi and Urdu speaking Muslim adolescent and adult females. T: 297-9535
