Girls Night Out Details

Girl’s Night Out  event details:

Tuesday, April 17, 2012
4:00 – 8:00 PM
2823 Helm Avenue, Clovis
Odd Fellows Hall
(Southeast corner of Gettysburg & Helm)
The third annual “Girl’s Night Out” will be here before we know if, mark your calendars for a quick stop on your way home or your way out. Call the girls and make it a date!! Last year was a great event with over 35 vendors complete with refreshments provided and served by breast cancer survivors.

Girl’s Night Out is planned to offer a FUN and UNIQUE opportunity for women to pamper themselves with great shopping, delicious food and much more from many local businesses. Plus, it allows Sisterhood of Survivors the opportunity to continue to inform the community of our local outreach efforts. Thank you for your input from last years event, you will be pleased with our changes!

THIS YEAR VENDORS WILL SELECT THEIR BOOTH WHEN REGISTERING. If you would like to be a vendor please download the attachments below, select the booth you prefer (1st, 2nd, 3rd choice) and you will be contacted to confirm your reservation. We also have "Save the Date" postcards to help you remind your friends, family and clients of the event.

Thank you for supporting our local breast cancer awareness efforts as we assist newly diagnosed breast cancer patients and survivors locally.

In order to carry out our mission SOS offers encouragement, support, monthly luncheon meetings, a resource library, website, a quarterly newsletter filled with inspiration, resources, event information and volunteer opportunities. We also deliver special totes to newly diagnosed breast cancer patients filled with educational information, resources and comfort items donated by members, supporters and area professionals. SOS participates in many community events throughout the year promoting awareness and offering educational information on breast health and our services.

As recipients of a 2011-2012 grant from Susan G. Komen for the Cure Central Valley we currently are able to stock Breast Shower Cards in English, Spanish, Hindi and Vietnamese.

We ask that you promote Girl’s Night Out among your clients, patients, friends and family. We look forward to a great evening! Once again, ADMISSION IS FREE!. Please contact Terry Elrod if you have any questions 559-289-4168.
