California Health Collaborative/CCAN Program changes lives by improving Health and wellness. Guided by this mission, the Collaborative is committed to empowering Californians to achieve optimal health and thereby improving their quality of life. The grant provided by the Central Valley Affiliate will help uninsured women with supportive services while undergoing treatment.
